Each week at church involves a range of opportunities for worship, learning, fellowship and service of others.
Ullapool Uplifted
Morning prayer meeting held via zoom between 8am and 8:30am every Tuesday
The Engine Room
C.H. Spurgeon referred to the Prayer Meeting as the Engine Room of the Church stating, "If the engine room is out of action then the whole mill will grind to a halt." We meet in the church every Wednesday at 7pm for a time of Bible Study and congregational prayer, incorporating zoom for those who live further afield.
Mission Spotlight
We have regular ‘Mission Spotlight Services’ where we welcome speakers from a variety of Mission organisations and partners from around the world. In 2023 we welcomed representatives from Release International, Pioneers, South America Community House Damaris, Greece, Steadfast Global, and The Slavic Gospel Association, to name but a few. These services are usually held on a Sunday evening and are intimated through our social media pages.
Ladies Fellowship
Held fortnightly on a Tuesday evening at The Manse incorporating Bible Study, prayer and informal fellowship.
Women for Mission
We support the Free Church Women for Mission Organisation which fundraises for specific projects and mission partners each year.
Shoebox Appeal
Every year we co-ordinate the Blythswood shoebox appeal and receive contributions and donations from people throughout the community.
Fundraising Events
We host fundraising events in the congregation from time to time to support various works. These fundraisers have been in the form of coffee mornings, curry evenings, quiz nights and family movie nights.
Sailors Society
We have partnered with the Sailor’s Society to provide a welcome to cruise ship crew who come ashore whilst their ship is anchored in Lochbroom, providing seamen and women the opportunity to use the church Wi-Fi to contact friends and family and to receive Bibles, Christian literature and their favourite, warm hats!
